Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our pieces are handcrafted and made in small batches, we handle returns with intention.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original condition. To start a return, please email us at info@spiritualwhiskey.com with your order number.

Once approved:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the item

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. If something arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
